Good Neighbor, LLC is licensed by the Oregon CCB and Washington Labor and Industry, and maintains on going education to keep these credentials current.

Good Neighbor, LLC is EPA lead paint certified in both States.

Jody Roscoe and our Safety Supervisor have both completed OSHA 30-hour certification.  All employees have completed OSHA 10- hour certification.
