If you have an inspection or appraisal repair list that needs to be completed quickly, but paid out of escrow, we can help with that. 

Real estate transactions cannot wait for contractors who are booked months out.  We understand time constraints and keep our schedule open and flexible to meet your deadlines, so you can close on time.  

Since 2012 we have worked in the REO and Property Preservation field, including FHA and HUD homes.


We have worked with some of the Nation’s top banks, asset managers, and preservation companies.

We know what REO properties need to be marketable and fanciable, and understand the delicate balance between bank/asset manager's wants and realtors needs. 

We are preservation pros and keep up to date on industry standards. We know what is required for preservation, and for preparing a home for conveyance.

As rental owners ourselves, we understand that your investment is important to you. We want to help you keep your properties in tip top shape, while also helping you stay within your budget.
